A fantastic book and a must read for everyone. Paul Stitt who also wrote "Beating the Food Giants" and "Why George Should Eat Broccoli" writes again in a way that is easy to follow and easy to understand. Very practical and sensible information. I trust the health information from this biochemist/author/founder of Natural Ovens Bakery (in Manitowoc, WI)over many MD's. After reading this book, I am convinced that my mother needs to get off cholesterol drugs that are causing numerous side effects. And all because doctors don't tell you about natural nutrition...eating natural whole foods that will prevent heart disease. The price of this book is what your life is worth...priceless!
