If you use the freshest ingredients and love to grill this book is for you. Simple, concise recipes bring seafood and meat dishes to life for entertaining and family dinners alike. I don't like complicated recipes for the grill. No need to worry with this book on the kitchen shelf.

If you use the freshest ingredients and love to BBQ this book is for you. The recipes appeal to seafood and meat lovers alike. Best of all the directions are concise and to the point. I don't like complicated and numerous steps to make a dish...especially for the grill. No worries when you select this book.
